Hi, I'm Koya

As most of our community may know, I am a total foodie and I’m also vegan. Typically, most holiday dishes don’t always cater to a vegan diet or plant-based diet, but that doesn’t mean we have to miss out. For over 20 years, I have made countless dishes that are just as yummy as non-vegan dishes and are also filled with the holiday spirit. Here are some vegan recipes for your holiday cooking and baking needs.

Many of these vegan recipes call for these ingredients:

Coconut Milk

Starch (Arrowroot Starch/ Flour)

Vanilla

Butter

Sea Salt

Quinoa

Liquid Aminos

Baking
