Daily rituals are essential to your growth and the best thing about them are they are easy to do. Something as simple as sipping tea while reading a book every night or using your gua sha in your morning routine can be the small shift needed to transform your life. This falls in with the seven areas of wellbeing: spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, nutritional, financial, and social.

The seven areas of wellbeing encompasses every part of our lives and below we break down how to create daily rituals for each area. So don’t wait until the new year to integrate these rituals. Start today, so you can already have the habit going into 2026. A little change can go a long way.

Create Micro-Moments Of Stillness

  • Begin and end your day with one deep intentional breath
  • Whisper gratitude for something real
  • Tune into your intuition before making decisions
