3 ways Ashley practices self-love:
1. I meditate daily to connect with myself. I believe that healing and growth come from within. So often we are focused on what’s going on below the neck when it all actually starts above the neck in our minds. Our mind creates our reality so it is important to keep my mind healthy.
2. I wake up at 5:30 am daily drink lemon water and then workout. In the morning I eat plenty of fresh organic fruits to nourish my cells.
3. I listen to motivational videos when I’m in the car to get my mind programmed in the right direction. I love Les Brown, Oprah, Will Smith, Earl Nightingale, Lisa Nichols, and Diddy!
