Our energy plays a crucial role in the direction that our life goes. For example, the more that we emit positive energy to the world and to others, the more positive energy we’ll receive back to us. However, throughout life, we are all capable of attracting negative energy from time to time thus causing us to develop energy blocks.
How do you know if your energy is blocked? There are a few signs that you may notice. You may feel more tired or lacking energy, you may feel unmotivated or experiencing more anxiety and stress, dealing with digestive issues and just not feeling like your true self mentally, physically and spiritually.
There are many routines that you can incorporate into your daily life to clear away blocked energy and to fix your body’s energetic flow. You can use the cleansing and healing powers of crystals, eat more healthy and organic foods, recite positive affirmations, and my personal favorite, practice meditation.
Here is a guided meditation that you can do when you are in need of clearing the blocked energy in your life to make way for a healthier, happier and more fierce you:
-Close your eyes, relax and sit in a comfortable position.
-Take a deep breath in and exhale.
-Start by shifting your focus and energy to your feet. Do your best to sense both of your feet by filling all areas with energy from your heels to your toes. Continue to inhale and exhale while doing so.
-Next, move your energy from your toes to your heels, then to your ankles, calves and so forth…make sure that you are focusing on both your breathing and the area at which the energy is surrounding.
-Bring that energy up to your knees and work your way up to your thighs. Take as many breaths as you need to ensure that you are awakening each and every area of your body.
-Now, shift your focus and energy to your hips. Focus on your hips only and take as many inhales and exhales as you need while in this area.
-Continue to shift your energy to your torso and stomach area. Your focus and breathing should remain in this area until you are ready to move forward.
-Next, you will begin to bring your focus and energy to your heart. Feel the entire front and back area of your heart, relax your body and breathe.
-You will next shift your energy to your throat. You must ensure that the rest of your body is fully relaxed so that your attention is focused only on your throat. Inhale and exhale for as many times as you’d like.
-Continue moving your energy up through your neck to the top of your head. Feel the opening of your crown chakra as you focus your energy on the top of your head. Inhale and exhale for as many times as you’d like.
-You can choose to conclude the meditation here or you can shift the flow of energy from the top of your head, back down through your body to your feet. Repeat the same steps as you did bringing the energy up through your body, but this time, send the flow of energy in your body downwards.
-Once finished, shift your focus to your heart and conclude with one deep inhale and exhale.
From the bottom of your feet to the top of your head, you have created an even flow of energy that will radiate in the tasks that you continue to do and the places you decide to go throughout your day. Any blocked energy that was present in your body is now cleared as you focused on cleansing each and every part of your body.
