Hi, I'm Koya

Hi, love. Thank you for spending your time with me today.

Self-love has always been of the utmost importance to me, as it can be a journey of learning how I truly want to love myself. Over the years, I’ve learned that loving and taking care of ourselves is mandatory if we want to live our happiest and most fulfilling lives.

One of the things I realized is the importance of one’s daily rituals — a series of activities that you do every day. Maybe it’s waking up at five in the morning, meditating, and drinking a glass of warm lemon water, or maybe it’s taking an hour to read inspirational quotes by your favorite mentors. Whatever it is for you, the more important thing to remember is to make sure you’re prioritizing yourself.

If there are two things I do daily that I’d like to share in our community, those will be drinking dirty or detox water and using the Get Loved protein shake. I’ve been keeping these two as a part of my daily ritual for years now, and they’ve definitely changed the level of vitality I feel and my outlook on life.

Today, I’d like to share with you why I believe these two things contribute so much to who I am today and how they can help you too.

Cleanse Your Body With Lime Water

For starters, let’s talk about our bodies’ need for hydration. Yes, we already know water is essential, but many of us take this fact for granted or don’t give it the proper respect. But do you know that dirty or lime water is even better than regular water? Here’s why:

Lime water is a popular beverage in many health circles because it’s cleansing and tastes great. Nowadays, many of us are living in a bunch of toxic chemicals from our surroundings or the food we take in. By drinking lime water daily, we can flush out these toxins from our bodies.

Lime water is also believed to stimulate bowel movement. It’s an excellent colon cleanser, and this can even jumpstart your day. This is why my daily ritual includes drinking lime water in the early morning and aiming to consume 32 ounces of it throughout the day. It’s very simple to prepare, and you can make it yourself by following these steps:

#1: Get some water.

You can buy some from your favorite stores, but I believe that any water can work best when making your own dirty water. You may use any glass or pitcher for it, but personally, I love to use my mason jars.

#2: Cut the lime in half.

If you’re at a party and you’re trying to be fancy, roll the lime a couple of times until it’s really soft. Then, you can cut the lime and about halfway down, turn it backward. Finally, put the tip of it toward the glass and squeeze.

Another tip is to put the lime against your fingers and then squeeze it. This tip allows you to catch the seeds while the juice goes through your fingers. By doing so, you touch your food which increases its vibration. This vibration is seen by a lot of cultures that eat with their hands as a way to get closer to their food. This makes putting or transferring your body’s energy and warmth into the food possible.

#3: Add a little cayenne.

Cayenne pepper is more than just a spicy addition to your food. It has been traditionally used as a healing spice within various cultures from around the world. The reason why I use it in lime water is that it increases your metabolism in the morning and makes you feel energized and focused throughout the day. It can also help clear out mucus in your body, and if you have a problem with blood circulation, it can help stimulate that blood flow to your hands and feet.

With so many health benefits, why would you not drink lime water every day? Not only does this beverage detoxify your organs but it also helps with indigestion and constipation. This ritual may sound so simple, but its benefits to your health and wellness are actually quite profound. Do yourself a favor and start drinking this healthy drink in the morning before starting your day.

My Daily Ritual for a Protein Shake

The next thing I’d like to share with our community is my daily ritual for the Get Loved Up Protein Shake. I’ve been using protein shakes for over 25 years, and I must say that this is a great one due to how pure, organic, and clean-burning it is. I personally had this formulated as I kept getting frustrated because I would find a good protein only to find that it would change, which would be hard on my digestion or wouldn’t even taste good.

So what exactly is in the Get Loved Up Protein Shake that makes it special?

Get Loved Up Protein Powder

For one, this protein shake is simple. It has organic vanilla pea protein, vanilla powder, moringa powder, guar gums, lo han guo, and Himalayan pink salt. That’s it. Not too many ingredients, as you can see, which makes it easy on the digestion. These components also make it gentle on the skin, which is the body’s biggest detox organ.

Many also commented that it tastes great in the water. It tastes like vanilla which can also be a healthier option than its chocolate-flavored counterparts. Also, other protein powders may have a lot of sugar and unnecessary artificial sweeteners. With this protein shake, I wanted something that tastes great and is healthy so I won’t feel guilty to drink it in the morning or any other time of day.

Since I know that eating greens is difficult for many people, I put in moringa, as well, as a way to get those important nutrients. Moringa is rich in protein, vitamin C, calcium, iron, and a host of other vitamins and minerals. Some health practitioners also use moringa as part of their daily regimen due to its detoxifying properties, which can also help with boosting your immune system.

Moringa is also great for those who live an active lifestyle like I do as it contains anti-aging and anti-inflammatory substances. This means that when I’m working out, I’m also helping my body produce new cells. It can also improve the mood and help maintain energy levels throughout the day.

You may also use milk with this protein shake, and it’s very easy. The number one milk I suggest is oat milk. You could do almond milk and other milk as well, but the former is highly suggested if you’re going to do it every day. Otherwise, do it in water. Again, the key is simplicity, which is why I love this protein shake.

The Himalayan pink salt rounds off this drink. It’s great for your blood pressure, immune system, alkaline levels, and it also helps lower bad cholesterol. It’s a great component of any wellness ritual.

However, I also make sure that I observe other health and wellness practices. I try to eat my greens as much as I can. I eat clean and sleep eight hours a day. I practice yoga, breathwork, and meditation. I focus on my goals for the day so I can center my mind on what’s important for me to do.

This is my own personal ritual. Since I’ve added this protein, I felt great digestion, brain health, and mental clarity, which we all need right now. With the health crisis ongoing, it makes you wonder what’s really in our food. The good news is that it’s all about awareness and taking the best care of yourself.

I believe that these are simple yet very useful daily wellness rituals that will help lead us to better health and well-being.

Practice Self Love And Serve Others

I’m traveling everywhere to do meditation and yoga practices within our community. Personally, I love coming and serving you all in this way. Truly, I’m so happy that I can pour out and that I can give in this way. Remember, if you do a little, it all adds up. If I can inspire one person to drink lime water, drink the Get Loved Up Protein Shake, and take care of themselves, my mission is accomplished.

This daily ritual is a true blessing, and I’m so happy to share it with you. It’s something that works for me, but of course, you have to find what works for you. Whatever ritual or practice is working for you now to take care of yourself, keep doing it. Just remember that self-love and self-care are the keys so everyone can give themselves to the bigger part of our collective consciousness.

If you want to try the Get Loved Up Protein Shake at Amazon or at my website, it’s available at the affordable price of $29.99. I hope you love it as much as I do. You may also subscribe to my channel so you can see what other rituals I have for your healing, wellness, and self-care.
