One of my favorite things to share with my community is how they can use their beliefs to overcome fear and live alignment with Love. And one of those things is my book.

My step-by-step process is based on my personal testimony on how I transformed what was causing me to live in fear to living my life as fiercely as possible.
Now don’t get me wrong, there are times where I do feel fear, but what these past years have taught me is that, you are always going to be afraid to do something, change something, be something, but whatever your life’s calling is, if you are afraid, answer that call anyway.

Lesson #1. Shift your perspective from fear to love.
Let me ask you a question. Do you let your challenges and fears conquer and control you? Or do you look at fear in the face saying, “I’ve got enough love for you?” The first lesson on how to let yours make you fierce is to confront fear with love by transforming those fears into opportunities to grow and heal.
Lesson #2. Accept your fear by instead letting it fuel you.
It all starts with realizing that it’s okay to feel fear. It’s about doing something with it like turning it into positive energy to launch you forward.
Lesson #3. Connect with your inner strength.
Let go of the power fear has over you by using it as a means to connect with your inner strength. Make the choice by deciding to live in alignment with love and everything will manifest itself from there.
Lesson #4. Make small shifts and be consistent.
You won’t conquer all your fears at once—no one can—and that may just be the reason fear takes over and becomes even scarier! The key is to break it down into small manageable steps, realizing that consistency is the key to lasting change. Try to view your fear from the top and break it down into the smaller levels at the bottom.
Lesson #5. Identify your fear and view it as an opportunity.
In Part I of the book: “What Are You Scared Of?” I help you identify your fears by looking at the common types of fear and shift your mindset to viewing fear as an opportunity rather than a roadblock. Think: What lessons can this fear teach me? How can I become stronger after overcoming this fear?
Lesson #6. Realize that fear can be used to understand your deeper pain.
Fear may be a manifestation of a deeper wound not being addressed. Use fear to address the real issue holding you back from living in love, and instead use it to initiate the healing process.
Lesson #7. Channel the power of the chakras to help deepen your self-knowledge.
The chakras are a powerful tool to connect with your heart and soul, and deepen your self-knowledge. The key is to integrate daily rituals within your morning or night time routine to help balance your chakras.
Lesson #8. Use special tools to your advantage for manifesting what you desire.
Manifestation tools like affirmations and visualization can help you become clear on your goals and help you reach your dream life faster. Your special tools are to assist you in concentrating your energy towards what matters most for you and bring that dream vision to life.
Lesson #9. Create your own spiritual shower practice to be in your highest self.
Integrate daily self-care, spiritual and healing practices to ground and reset yourself. Perform these practices to keep you in your highest self even during the most challenging moments in life. In the book, I help you find your go-to practices that will help you shift your vibration to choose love over fear and connect with your inner spirit. Practicing self-care and self-love on a daily basis is as necessary as taking a shower. Meditations help you go within to work things out on the inside and become more aware of who you are. Meditation allows you to connect with spirit for guidance on your path and unlock your authentic truth by listening to that inner voice. Meditation and deep breathing will silence that noise that keeps you in fear, quiets your mind, and taps into your inner guide.
