Hi, I'm Koya

“Love heals, love awakens, and love expands. So just really simply quite simply doing what we love and serving others through that medium in which you love… it creates a vortex of love when we do what we love and serve others through that.”

– Londrelle Hall

In This Episode

In this episode of the Get Loved Up Podcast, Koya Webb welcomes Londrelle Hall, Atlanta-based poet, author, and musician. A childhood of trauma and the healing journey he has been is central to Londrelle’s life and music. He shares the trials of living through abuse and how his faith in God helped him to forgive. He reflects that forgiveness goes both ways, to you as someone who has hurt others and to the others who have hurt you. Londrelle discovered that having genuine conversations with his mother, now that he is older and wiser, shows him her beauty and gives him a better understanding of why the pain of the past happened. He also talks about his romantic relationship and how, being two complete wholes united in love, they are able to live their best lives in service of God. Finally, Londrelle shares how he turns his pain into purpose through his music and the communion he feels by releasing his soul to the world.

“Life chooses us every moment in every moment. So just continue to choose life, continue to show up and say, I choose this moment.” – Londrelle Hall
