“The highlight of my experience was the intensity in which I met my body everyday. Not only did I move beyond limits, I was given opportunity to find stillness with the same intensity.
Without having been to another training before, don’t have another training to compare it to. However, I truly appreciated the fact that it was an intensive as I learn best that way. It has a beautiful plant-based component that I’m not sure is part of other trainings. Koya exposed to different lineages of yoga so that we were well balanced in our approach to practice.
Everybody that feels the call should attend. I prayed and meditated on the next steps and I was led here. I didn’t question the voice, I just followed it. I think it’s important that a potential candidate recognize intuition and follow her guidance on the path.
The number one thing I took from the training was to be kind to myself.
Next for me is continuing to integrate mindfulness with intentional companies and humans. Also, I will continue building the sanctuary experience into a full spiritual healing center through mentorship intensives and internships that offer healing facilitators the experiential education of holding space for the integrity of the healing process. I will also continue speaking and facilitating healing experiences around the world. I am excited about how all of this will expand.”
