“I wake up early in the morning before anyone else to look at my vision board, do 15 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of meditation to help jumpstart my day and keep me focused.
My husband and I give each other one day a month to do whatever we want with no kids or spouse. We call it our Solo day. I use this time to go to the spa, get a pedicure, steam out, hit the jacuzzi and do any fun activities like taking a class on composting or cooking.
Our garden is my moving meditation space. Being in nature, Touching the dirt, taking care of and helping plants to grow just feeds my spirit.”
