What You’ll Need:
2 cups mixed greens (Kale, spinach, collard greens, lettuce etc.)
¼ cup pineapple
½ frozen banana
1 golden apple
1-2 cups water
1 scoop protein powder
1-2 dates (optional)
Directions:
1. Blend greens with water until smooth.
2. Add the remaining fruit and blend again.
That’s it! This is such a simple smoothie to prepare in the mornings especially when you don’t have a lot of time. This will work for breakfast, as a meal replacement or even a snack.
