One way to use this essential oil is to promote hair growth and stronger, healthier hair. You can simply add a few drops of peppermint oil into your shampoo to give yourself a rejuvenating and stimulating wash and head massage.

Chamomile
Chamomile is an excellent oil for you if you are dealing with headaches or are struggling to get a good night’s sleep.
It has incredible calming factors to it whether you choose to directly apply it onto your body or use it in a diffuser.
For headaches, you can simply massage the oil into your temple or wherever you are experiencing the most tension.
For sleep purposes, chamomile oil pairs well with lavender oil so add a few drops together in a diffuser and you will sleep like a baby.
Tea Tree
Tea tree oil is a very versatile essential oil and can be used in so many ways. It can cater towards beauty purposes like being used as an acne treatment or make-up brush cleaner, it is an excellent oil for household purposes and can be used to create household cleaning solution, and it can be used for your health and works as an amazing way to get rid of congestion by placing a few drops into a diffuser.
