3 Ways Esosa Practices Self-Care:
1) Take my vitamins (Multivitamin, omega-3’s and vitamin D) & drink enough water for my body weight. It wasn’t until I became a student of nutrition that I realized how essential these two simple acts can be for maintaining optimal health.
2) Meditate daily for a minimum of 10 minutes. I make sure to get my mind right each day which includes feeding my spirit with scripture, prayer, and getting in a moment of silence.
3) Regular massage, acupuncture, and chiropractor visits as needed. I rarely see a medical doctor and rarely get sick but that is mostly because I focus on prevention and have an amazing cohort of practitioners I see regularly for a tune-up.
