10 affirmations to kick off your week

Do you believe in the phrase you are what you think?

That means that life stems from our thoughts. Not just thoughts, but thoughts translated into actions to manifest our intentions. In order to do so, we have to be careful with the words we use and chose to speak those which work towards our benefits. That’s why affirmations are so cool!

They help purify our thoughts and establish the dynamic of our brains in order for us to manifest what we truly want and believe that nothing is impossible. Affirmations strengthen and empower us, because we verbally affirm our dreams and ambitions, which reassures us that our words will become reality.

Like exercise, they raise the level of feel-good hormones and push our brains to think in a much more positive way!

Here are 10 affirmations you can use to start manifesting more love, success, money and happiness. Chose the ones you like the most and repeat them to yourself every morning after meditation 🙂

The Power Of Daily Affirmations

When was the last time you complimented yourself?

Believe it or not, words are one of the most powerful tools we have. Not only towards other people,
but also towards ourselves. We don’t remember it as often as we should and repeat things in our
head like “oh, I forgot the keys AGAIN, I am so dumb” until we believe it.

Do you know what that means?
You can use words in your favor as well through affirmations to believe anything you want.

If you want to change a habit or love yourself more, you just have to truly believe it and start
repeating it every day. Something that will help you a lot if you are starting out with affirmations is
to write them down every day as soon as you wake up and just before you go to sleep. That way
your brain will start introducing them in your subconscious and they will become your reality!

Here are some of my personal affirmations that I use daily. You can take a look at them for some
inspiration:

I love and accept myself unconditionally.
I approve of myself and feel great about myself.
I radiate love and respect and in return I receive love and respect.
I am a well loved and well respected person.
I am a wise and humble person.
I respect others and receive respect in turn.
I am free to make my own choices and decisions.
I am a unique and a very special person and worthy of respect from others.
I compliment others and accept compliments easily.
I accept others as they are and the world accepts me as I am.
It matters very little what others say. What matters is how I react and what I believe.
All is well in my world as I share love and acceptance with the world.
I open my heart to all that is good. I release any need for misery and suffering.
I release the need to prove myself to anyone. I am LOVE!

Pom Pom Peach Smoothie 
Ingredients: 
  • 12 ounces of water
  • 2 cups of peaches
  • 1 leafs of kale
  • 2 cups of pomegranate areals
  • 4 leafs of basil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 drop of stevia
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 of 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of orange flavor
