I know firsthand that life gets hard. Some days are easier than others but the goal should always be to keep going! When I decided to launch the GetLovedUp app, I had no idea what direction to take it in. But I took time each day to reflect and pull from the strength inside of me to create an app that would connect with women worldwide. How do you find strength? Three Ways To Find New Strength 
1. Work your muscle: Just like exercise, you have to work your mental muscles each day.
2. Create an inspiration playlist: Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal etc. all provide opportunities to create playlists. Make one today that will instantly put you in a good mood.
3. Breathe!

Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

 

 

Ingredients: 
  • 8 ounces of filtered water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 Chard leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • 2 Cups of bluberries
  • 1/2 of a lemon juice
  • 1 inch of ginger
  • 1 pinch of cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 drops of stevia
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 scoops of Sunwarrior vanilla protein
Directions:
Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
