You thought playing is something just meant for kids?

Well, it is if you want to live a boring life. If not, keep on reading!

Playing with your romantic partner, co-workers, pets, friends, and children is a fun way to fuel your imagination, creativity and improve your mental health. Actively playing daily will not only improve your own mood and well-being, it will make you more creative and less stressed as well.

What do I mean by playing?

Simply having fun and doing things that used to make you happy as a kid. Like a pillow fight or rolling down a hill. Playing usually always involves some kind of physical movement, so it will not only make you happier, but you will probably be doing some cardio as well!

You play to learn…to create…to challenge yourself…to lose yourself in joy and laughter that will last all day.

Playing gives you a time out of adulting and brings you back to childhood where you had no responsibilities. That is a great way to truly disconnect from your everyday routine and be more in touch with yourself again and your inner child.

When was the last time you let yourself get carried away and just played like a kid?
