Breathe

How often do you find yourself overwhelmed with life? From work to family, it’s easy to get carried away with the day to day of life. To keep track of everything, I create daily to-do lists so that I don’t overwhelm myself and I can focus on giving those specific tasks my all. Today, I want you to remember to breathe, and know that everything will work itself out.

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
12 ounces of distilled water
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
2 frozen bananas
5 drops of stevia
