Have you ever met someone new and immediately felt an intense connection? Sort of like you’ve known this person forever? Well, that’s the power of connection! In today’s society, this happens often online. I’m thankful to connect with you all daily online. I hope that you have gained a connection with me the way that I’ve gained a connection with you. It’s all about community!

Good Morning Grapefruit Juice

Ingredients:

2 pink grapefruits
1 tablespoon of ginger
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

How often do you find yourself overwhelmed with life? From work to family, it’s easy to get carried away with the day to day of life. To keep track of everything, I create daily to-do lists so that I don’t overwhelm myself and I can focus on giving those specific tasks my all. Today, I want you to remember to breathe, and know that everything will work itself out.

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
12 ounces of distilled water
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
2 frozen bananas
5 drops of stevia

Who is on you’re A Team? More than likely, these are the people who push you to be your best self: mentally, emotionally, professionally, spiritually and physically. I have a great A Team behind me to ensure that I’m running on high fuel as often as possible. Ingredients:

Sunflower seed cheese
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of oregano
2 tablespoons of basil
4 tablespoons of braggs amino acid
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 gloves of garlic
1 cup of kale
