Curried Applewood Sandwich


Cup of dried apples
2 tablespoons of agave
1 tablespoon of curry
2 teaspoons of Braggs aminos
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of miso mayonnaise
2 pieces of sandwich bread
1 handful of spinach


Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve on bread and then Enjoy!

Authenticity And Super Food Brownies

Authenticity is everything! It may be challenging to maintain but it will certainly be worth it. Think back over your life and identify one area that could use a bit more of your authenticity. Super Food Brownies


1/2 cup of walnuts – blend in nutribullet for flour
1 cup of dates or raisins
1/4 cup of cacoa
1/2 teaspoon of maca blend
1 dash of yacon syrup
1 dash of sea salt
1 dash of nutmeg
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 of 1 teaspoon of cinnamon


Blend ingredients until smooth and thick. Make brownie squares or balls with your hand. Heat in oven. Enjoy!

Mango Magic Smoothie

12 ounces of water
2 bananas
1 cup of spinach
2 cups of mangos
1 handful of cilantro
1 pinch of salt
1/2 stick of celery
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 drop of stevia
1 scoops of Sunwarrior mocha protein


Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
