Hi, I'm Koya

If you think you are not a salad person, think again. Salads are not boring meals anymore, you just have to get more creative when preparing them!

You can start by picking your 5 favorite vegetables (and even fruits) and add some proteins and seeds. And adding the perfect dressing makes a big difference too!!

Don’t feel like creating your own salad? Don’t worry, get others to do it for you! Youtube is a great place to find inspiration and recipes to add that green meal to your everyday life. You will  even find some videos of me preparing salads for you, such as my favorite. Do you know which one that is? If you guessed Dirty Kale you are more than right!

A super good motivation to prepare a salad a day is to make it look beautiful to post a picture of it for Instagram! Yes, I know how that sounds, but bare with me here. When you want to make food beautiful for your feed, you will go out of your way to find as many colors as you can, which means a lot of colorful fruits and veggies and you will make an extra effort to be original with the toppings!

Adding a salad to your everyday will have you covered regarding vegetables and it is also a super light meal that will not make you tired after lunch if you have to get back to work and not be feel heavy after dinner so that you get a good night’s sleep.

One of the dressings that gives any salad an amazing touch and is super simple to do? Lemon dressing. You just need to squeeze a whole lemon, add olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix it up! It looks like the easiest thing in the world and it is, but you will be amazed by how good it tastes with any kind of salad!

What is an ingredient do you use for almost every salad?
